Therapy is a deeply intimate and unique process, so I want you to have a clear idea of what to expect while having me as your therapist. If you want to feel less overwhelmed by your feelings and move towards effectively expressing how you feel and what you're thinking, feel like you need to work towards reducing your anger or emotion-based reactions, or simply want to explore yourself and your life in a safe space, you’ve come to the right place! My goal is to challenge and encourage you to re-find and build your best self. My therapeutic style puts an emphasis on the challenging part. I truly believe that the best change comes out of being uncomfortable. I will guide and push you towards discomfort while offering support to make positive lasting change.
