Mental Health Challenge: 59 Days of Journaling

Welcome to January and February’s mental health challenge! This might be one of the most demanding one’s I ask of you because it’s a daily commitment.

Pick a time everyday that you know you have 10-30 minutes to spare. Keep it short on the busy days or go as long as you like. Answer each prompt and explain your answer as much as possible. Ask yourself why you picked that answer, what that answer reminds you of, and other questions to get the thoughts and emotions flowing.

I’m excited about this challenge and hope y’all love it!
