2023: Bimonthly Mental Health Challenges
March/April 2023: Start and finish a new book.
Emphasis on the word new. If you do this, it can't be a read that is comfortable and you've revisited dozens of times. Explore other options and be surprised by what you find.
This is an annual challenge that I ask folks to do during the late winter/early spring. George R.R. Martin put it perfectly by saying, "“A reader lives a thousand lives before he dies . . . The man who never reads lives only one.” Books help with relieving stress, experiencing new people, and learning all while taking in someone's words and/or a great story.
January and February 2023: Journal everyday or as much as possible.
Here's a list of daily journaling prompts to help you along they way.
