Offered Services

I operate on a trust-based system. Rather than sharing details about your annual income—because income alone doesn’t always reflect financial circumstances— you choose which tier best fits your financial needs.

I only offer virtual sessions at this time.

Insurance Information

I am an out of network provider, which means all fees are paid upon completion of your scheduled session and can be reimbursed if your insurance allows these out of network charges. If applicable, I provide you with a reimbursement form to submit to your insurance company.

Therapy services may be covered in part or in full by your health insurance plan. Please contact me for help navigating with your insurance company to see if you're covered with out of network benefits. Below are helpful questions to ask your insurance regarding your out of network options:

  • Do I have "out-of-network" mental health coverage?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is my deductible and has it been met this year?

  • What is my "co-insurance?"

  • How many sessions per year am I covered for?

  • What is my coverage amount per session?

  • Do I need approval from my primary care physician to begin therapy?

Thanks for submitting!
